Our vision is to create the very best level of care, providing homes for life for those who need support. We have a deep understanding of behaviours and additional needs and want to give everyone in our services great experiences and to live life the way they choose.

We want people to have fun, feel relaxed and safe, and engage in their local community so that everyone can benefit from meeting others with different experiences.

We invest in our staff and value each and every member of the team. We provide top quality training and foster a culture of understanding and kindness through PBS (Positive Behaviour Support). This runs through our company and applies to everyone, including staff.

We have a team of experts who specialise in Nursing, Autism, PBS and many other areas. We are keen to share our knowledge and experience, we are also fully aware that we are all learning all the time and we are happy to take on board new ideas, approaches and training.

We embrace positive risk taking and feel risk assessments are there to enable people to take risks, face adversity and achieve goals. We know that giving people good things in life, and sharing in great experiences, builds bonds and often reduces challenging behaviours.

We are creative and encourage and embrace feedback from others including people with lived experience, families, professionals and staff with new ideas.
